Ram Chandra Mallik from Baimundi Sanghatana, a social organization of Cuttack, met the MLA of Barabati-Cuttack, Sofia Firdous

Cuttack, July 01, 2024 : A delegation led by Ram Chandra Mallik from Baimundi Sanghatana, a social organization of Cuttack, met the MLA of Barabati-Cuttack, Sofia Firdous and apprised her of all the issues. They handed over a charter of demands on 18 issues, including the main demand for making Cuttack a big city and the status of the old heritage "capital". The MLA was of the view that she would accept the charter of demands and request the government to fulfil the demand and continue her efforts. During the presentation of the charter of demands, senior members of the organization Ajay Kumar Nayak, Ranjan Kumar Behera, Manoj Kumar Pati, Suryam Panigrahi, Chintamani Das and Anjan Sahu along with many other members were present and requested the MLA to keep the heritage, culture and dignity of Cuttack alive.
